1. Definitions

• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account on dewi17. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or attempts to create accounts using false information will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.
• Financial Capacity: You must have sufficient financial resources to participate in gaming activities without causing harm to yourself or others. Gaming should be conducted for entertainment purposes only and should not be viewed as a means of income generation.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To create a dewi17 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Date of birth to verify age eligibility
• Residential address within Indonesia

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. You must notify dewi17 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

dewi17 implements mandatory KYC verification procedures in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming standards. To complete verification, you must submit the following documents:

• Government-Issued Photo Identification: Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), SIM (Driver's License), or valid Passport. The document must be current, clearly legible, and show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

dewi17 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but large transactions may be subject to additional verification for security and anti-money laundering compliance. 5.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be refunded minus any processing fees.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your account, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors verified by dewi17.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, you may designate an alternative Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per day and Rp 200,000,000 per month. VIP tier members enjoy enhanced withdrawal limits: Gold tier up to Rp 100,000,000 per day, Platinum tier up to Rp 250,000,000 per day, and Diamond tier up to Rp 500,000,000 per day. Exceptional withdrawal requests exceeding these limits require management approval and may take 3-5 business days to process.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

dewi17 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback programs, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly disclosed at the time of offer. General bonus terms include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 30x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, deposit plus bonus, or winnings depending on the specific promotion terms.

Detection of bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, suspension or termination of accounts, and potential legal action for fraud.

• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting across multiple accounts or platforms
• Money laundering or using the Platform for illegal financial transactions
• Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes made in bad faith

11. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewi17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if dewi17 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dewi17 is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, delays, interruptions, or errors in the Platform or Services that may result in loss of data, inability to access your account, or inability to place bets. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, dewi17 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

12. Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for formal review. Management decisions on disputes are final and binding.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

dewi17 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform. Upon account termination, you will forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and unredeemed rewards, except in cases where termination was made in error and verified by dewi17 management.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.
